Return:
AL = status (00h,98h,FFh) (see #01866)

Desc: Restores one file marked for deletion which has not yet been purged

Note: This function is supported by NetWare 4.0+, Advanced NetWare 1.0+, and Alloy NTNX

Note: If both a directory handle and a volume name are specified, the volume name overrides the handle
